Ordered from oemete, never received, tracking number says it was in China then went to Hong Kong, from my understanding it was a company in Cicinati Ohio, but googled address and its some random apt, contacted them 3 timed to refund me with no response

I ordered a pair if men’s Lone Peak shoes for husbands birthday. They never came so I checked my bank account and the money was never drawn out so I ordered them again and the second time, they drew money out but the shoes never came. It’s been over a month. I tried contacting them by phone and email but got no response.
