I ordered some jewelry from HELLOICE. Before I ordered them I made sure that there was a return policy. They have a 30 day return policy. The items are too short. I’ve written them on FB messenger. On email. They’ve told me that the cost to return the items is greater than the cost of the items and tried to offer to refund me $35. I need help. I’ve tried REPEATEDLY to get them to refund me. The number on their website is NOT in service and they will NOT give me the address of the company.
