I was reviewing testimonials for helloice.com,

And I didn’t notice how they were all repeating the same info. So I fell for the scam.

When I ordered a product, their system sent me confirmation but showed the wrong shirt set. When I contacted them (right away), they said there’s nothing they can do? They have started ignoring me now.

This company has over 7k 5star reviews on trustpilot (which I just found out is a scam too). Yay.

I placed an order on 11/20/24 and made some purchases from Helloice website unfortunately my order was never received and was returned back to sender. I have been going back and fourth with them for months regarding my return and they refuse to give it to me until they receive the return which is clearly lost in the postal office . All i want is my money back that is almost $400 dollars

I ordered some jewelry from HELLOICE. Before I ordered them I made sure that there was a return policy. They have a 30 day return policy. The items are too short. I’ve written them on FB messenger. On email. They’ve told me that the cost to return the items is greater than the cost of the items and tried to offer to refund me $35. I need help. I’ve tried REPEATEDLY to get them to refund me. The number on their website is NOT in service and they will NOT give me the address of the company.
