I received an item that is much lower quality/not as described. On top of that, the website has a 30 day return policy but it's hidden that the return facility is in Italy, the customer has to pay for the return and only refund is given when it's inspected - you can't track through international customs, so the products are "lost" when they are returned and no refund is given.

This company is selling counterfeit clothing. The dress I received was a cheap, ugly polyester knockoff of a beautiful dress that was advertised to be 100% Hemp.

Ordered a dress from this company. It took 2 months to arrive, and it was nothing like the item described. Very poor construction, awful material, and no tags identifying where it came from or how it was made. The tracking showed it shipped from China.
