Giant scam

I pre ordered a purse with a ship date of December 10th because I have store credit for a previous item that never shipped after 2 months. Here I am again 2 months later and the item is out of stock and they are having issues with their factories/suppliers so they don’t know when it will restock. How can something I pre ordered be out of stock? Also the stuff they make is not high end, it’s cheap and they only give store credit. Avoid this place and go elsewhere. Convinced it’s a scam which is sad to see.

The company had a return policy posted and then didn't honor the policy. They acknowledged in writing that they could see how having the policy posted on their website was confusing, but it was outdated. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I was targeted via instagram and snapchat with advertisements for the Heiress Beverly Hills clothing company. It is a total scam. The company never sent my item purchased, which was overpriced to begin with. Heiress claims to be a luxury clothing store that wishes to combat the fast fashion industry and promotes their quality, fit, and service. This website is a scam, ripping off the EXACT designs of other labels/companies and claiming them as their own. After I asked for a refund the Heiress team completely stopped responding to my emails. I have don’t some research and found similar stories with majority of their customers.
