Scam website

They took my money but refuse to send the item, cancel, or refund the order. The customer rep emails saying the same thing that they will be shipped but nothing has shipped and they refuse the cancel my order responding me to wait. I had changed my mind and wanted a refund and have sent them 6 emails for order cancellation but they respond by saying they will be shipping the order and ignoring and refusing my request.

A purchase was made from their website, and a window of 8-15 business days was given for shipment of the clothing items. No update was given, the items were never marked out of stock or low stock. The package has been shipped yet, even after a month and a half. Customer service offered $2 back for the delay, but have not given an update on when the items will be shipped. Returns are allowed, so a refund was requested, but customer service continues to respond with “the items will be shipped soon.” They will not acknowledge the fact that I requested a refund.

I fell for an Instagram ad for some really cute summer clothes. Heididress.com... showed some really cute, highly reviewed and rated summer dresses/rompers. I ordered them in early August (and they promised 5-7 day shipping. I received my four items over 6 weeks later and to say they were poor quality is a complete understatement... see photos here attached of what the image was of what I ordered and what it actually looked like. After contacting customer care numerous times while awaiting for my shipment, and the person responding could barely type in English... I just gave up. The clothes were oddly sewn together, with no tags or sizes on them. I am out over $120 with a pile of crap fabric.

I ordered a shirt online. After two months I havent received it so I emailed to cancel the order. They continue to email me asking me to take a shipping discount and be patient. I have emailed them now 11 times telling them I just want to cancel and to please refund me. I had to take it to paypal which luckily I used to get my money back. Even after that they are still emailing me to be patient. Language definitely sounds like it's from another country.

Saw the ad on Instagram, Heididress had cute dresses and outifts for very affordable prices. I ordered some and never got them. When I asked why they were taking so long to get them or why I hadn't heard about shipping I was told that they were still being packaged and that a return of $3 would be added back to my account for shipping costs. The email was in broken english and horrible grammar. I do not plan to see that $100 back again.
