I wanted to buy embroidery machines,on Alibaba I posted my RED and I was contacted by linda menge,gave me machines details and description of the jenome MC 500 I ordered 2 at $800, she gave me this number to communicate with on watsapp for further details on the transaction +27739638786, he advised me to pay using western Union which i did, only to write to me how the goods have been held in Taiwan demanded me to pay, again my good held in Dubai I was demanded to pay, again Good's are held in Sudan he demanded for me to pay, in different names as is on receipts, I was not helped when I made the complain, Alibaba wasn't able to protect me from the scarmers

A lady called Coral Han was speaking to me through emails. I sent 470$ purchasing 2 iphone 7 plus. She sent me videos and pictures of phones so that I will believe that she is really selling those phones. I sent the money to Turkey since she said due to corona all payments should be made to their ware6at Turkey. Even the phone6will be shipped from Turkey. She said they could not get a slot at DHL courier but used another courier which is ayramex, it is in partnership with DHL. She sent me a tracking number, ever since the 18th of July till today, tracker its showing that phones are at Egypt. These people used Alibaba, that is where I found them.

A girl who names is LINDA MENG (HEBEI TENGHUA ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT,.CO ) has written to my requirements. we talked in alibaba chat. then she started to write in whats app. we agree and i have paid for her name. 770USD. then she suddenly disappeared. but she has got store in Alibaba . She sent me fake tracking number in AYRAMEX.COM i have paidbut i am still waiting my goods surface pro PC tablets. i have found her in ALIBABA , she has written to me in ALIBABA. it means ALIBABA fake itself, or scam? why fake account is in ALIBABA? I NEED YOUR HELP. IF U DONT PAY ATTENTION TO MY COMPLAINING , I WILL ADVISE THE POPULATION NOT TO TRUST THE ALIBABA GROUP. YOU WILL LOOSE YOUR CLIENTS. I reported this to Alibaba months ago through their complaints procedure,I sent screen shots and details that they where selling goods that only existed as a photo.I gave names Coral Han, Ella Li to name just two.After months their website on Alibaba has been taken down but that's no consolation to me as I still do not have my money back,
as the transaction was done through Alibaba's messaging system together with an invoice I thought it was legitimate and If not would be safeguarded by Alibaba.
They have just left my complaint on hold.Has anyone had any success in getting Alibaba to issue a refund for goods bought in good faith from their website.

There's a lady working with them called Alisa Zhang she is a scammer also using fake website called ayramex.com The Company registered on alibaba is Jinan Felicity Biotech Limited please don't ever do business outside alibaba. The website has a lot of mistakes like it was written by a 7 year old child. The working hour on the so called website does not correlate. Please be aware!

This company is a scam, they told the exact same thing as the other members and when i asked about my order, they sent me an email from the pretend delivery company claiming i need to pay the supplier to clear customs.

I bought 7 Nintendo switch from them. I send money to the person they told me to send it to based in Turkey, Istanbul. Which was ZURAB KAPETIVADZE. After a day I get a tracking number to a fake shipping company website called Ayramex.com. Here is the tracking number 1588810062. The website was only created to scam people because it was only created in 2020, some of the links on the website doesn't work and there's a lot of mistakes. Tracking then showed on HOLD. I message the person working for Hebei Tenghua Electric Equipment Co., Ltd on WhatsApp. which is Coral Han. She told me the package is at UK border custom and the message on the tracking website says "Package Hold On By Monitory Custom For Custom Fee.. Kindly Contact Your Supplier". Now they said to wait while they check but nothing from them. The package is still on HOLD and they are ignoring me. I also thoughts I can trust this company because they are gold membership for 4 years and has trade assurance. They are just scammer using ALIBABA. The whole website is full of scammers, never do any business outside Alibaba, if they ask for you for your phone number, ignore them. If they ask you to do business outside Alibab like wire transfer payment, ignore them. BE ALERT!

Type of a scam: Fake Invoice/Supplier Bill

I bought 70 amazon fire sticks from them. I send money to the person they told me to send it to. Which was Yassin. After a day I get a tracking number to a fake shipping company website called Harafex.com. Here is the tracking number BL1549390US. I think the website was only created to scam people because it was only created 4 months ago. Tracking then showed on HOLD. I text the person working for Hebei Tenghua Electric Equipment Co., Ltd. which is jiahui li. She told me package is at USA border custom and they have sent me more then i paid for which was 170 total unit. So i need to send 520 more. I then send money on 2/23/20 to the person they said to sent money to which was Tracy Izigbuwa Oni. Now the so called package is still showing on HOLD and they are ignoring me. I thought i can trust this company because they are gold membership for 4 years and has trade assurance. They are just scammer using ALIBABA.
