Order placed online through a Facebook ad for Heaven-patch which popped up on my feed. A "thank you" email was received right away from [email protected], along with others encouraging me to purchase more products. Three weeks later, as no shipping confirmation had been sent, I emailed customer service. I was told that there was a delay, but the product had been shipped. A week later, another email was sent to the company, following an invitation to a rebate for a positive review. Same answer: delay, but product had been shipped. Now, two months later, no product and 3 unanswered emails. I am out $85.00.
