Hearth Find Reports & Reviews (1)

Report

On August 12, 2026, I ordered Alaskan Snow Crab snacks from Hearth Find expecting to receive the product advertised on its website. I received the product via GOFO on October 26, 2026. Instead, I was sent a small container of stale Chesapeake Bay baked soft crab, which was completely different from what I purchased. The product I received did not match the description, quality, or quantity promised. Also, it appears that this product came from China. After spending $49.97, I feel misled and disappointed. My experience raises serious concerns about the accuracy of Hearth Find's advertising and product fulfillment practices.
