My name is Megan, I'm the office manager at Hear's the Answer. I received a phone call last week from yellow pages 365 stating that if we don't pay our account in full that we would be charged double until we pay it. They stated that Shyanne Lacook had set up the account and she was the lady that was working here before I was so I believed them. I thought I better pay the 569.99 or we're going to be getting charged double. So then I gave the lady on the phone the credit card information and paid for it. Later I find out it was a scam and now we want our money back.
