I Feb. I clicked on an ad by Clinique that was advertising wrinkle cream free 9for shipping only) and-- for $1 more, an eye cream would be included. It was a couple of weeks before I received the products. there was two different shipments. In March and in April I had 2 cc charges , 1 by GENES for $82.63 and 1 for $92.19 by FRESHTRI. The terms and conditions were 10 pages long and very uninformed. Like. you have 14 days to cancel if not right. I called several times, once ,a recording stated that the phone was temporarily out of service.. I finally reached a voice and was able cancel and I said that I would return the items for a refund. I called the GENES number to make sure it was also cancelled and a very rude nasty person n/o Rich confirmed the cancellation and the ongoing conversation led to an argument. At this time ,he claimed that he never heard of that company' FRESHTRI phones are 855-444-3077 &855-444-3038' The phone number for GENES is866-990-1272. All three numbers are answered by a recoding stating "Customer service". .
