Healthcare Enrollment Center impostor Reports & Reviews (7)

So I put my phone number in the healthcare finder search engine on the internet these people called me from what they said was the health Enrollment Center that finds people health insurance they told me that I would be purchasing a PPL insurance plan what they sold me was not insurance it was called Altura healthshare it closely mimics health insurance but it's not health insurance guy straight-up lied to me they did things like I gave him my doctor's name they look up his address they used in a lot of insurance words the agents ID number that enrolled me is 32658 thank you

They quote you this extremely low price for Insurance then ask a bunch of personal info. I told them before I give you any of my info. what is your website and direct number so I can call you back and they hung up on me. But someone continues to call after I have repeatedly have asked that they stop calling. they call from different number all the times the ones I have list above are the most resent. They multi times a day.

Collected my income, children and husbands names and ages, zip code and state under the guise of providing me with health insurance quotes. Agent ended up getting mad and hanging up on me when I didn’t know the dollar amount of my current health insurance premiums. They were pressuring me to be able to put money down today on the spot. Asked me if I needed my husbands permission.

Robo call sales ***** about health care and how prices will be going up. Asked for the name of the company once I was connected to a real person and when I said that I hadn't heard of them before they terminated the call. Calls out to the number go unanswered.

They have been calling over the past two weeks. They normally call me twice a day. You can see they use various different 1804792**** numbers to prevent being blocked. Whenever I answer I accept the automated machines question of whether I would like to speak to a person. Once I get to the person, they try to sell me health insurance. I explain that I already have health insurance through my job and I would like to be removed from their calling list. At this point they always hang up. A legit company or salesperson would at least end with "I understand sir well maybe we can service you in the future if something changes down the road." Nope just a disconnection without a goodbye. They then call me back later and it never stops.

I've been robo-called repeatedly by "organizations" under the name of "Health Enrollment Center" and "Health Registration Center" ostensibly because I "indicated I was interested in a health insurance quote". That never happened as I am insured through my employer. I answered their call in an effort to actually talk to a person to get them to stop calling me. The first connection hung up everytime I tried to tell them to stop calling me. Finally I played their game long enough to be transfered to a "licensed agent". I told this person to put me on their "do not call list" to no avail. They call using the phone number list above as well as 630-043-1046, 630-025-8591 and 312-379-8704. I would be shocked if this isn't a scam.
