Calling to go over a “yearly prescription overview” and wanted to confirm personal information like address and date of birth

They called me and said it was from my health insurance, Health Net. That they needed to verify my name and DOB before continuing the conversation. I said that how could I know it was them. She gave me my address and other information. Later said I qualified for a special program. I said what was it about and she said she couldn’t give more information until I gave her mine first. I said I wasn’t going to and she gave me some numbers to call. They do answer by Healthnet but they do not appear on the website anywhere.

Robocaller claims to be Health Net (a company with whom I do have an account, and I did recently have a medical procedure so follow-up calls are not unexpected) and says they have information for me (by name). Asks to confirm if they are speaking to (name) and asks that I reply either yes or no. Then asks to confirm birth date. The call then proceeds to provide "Health and Wellness tips" which are very general and vague but the information has already been collected.
