I did search google looking for rates from a known brand health insurance and was directed to this site where I immediately closed the window WITHOUT entering my information (the only thing that I can think of is auto-form filled in behind the scenes while I closed out the window.) I have received over a dozen phone calls this morning from all over U.S. 512.862.4928, 978.209.4385, 978.678.5185, 978.437.5645, 978.678.5181, 978.437.5645, 978.613.1298, 214.833.5837, 978.209.7599, 978.386.8560, 978.437.5643 repeatedly telling me that I submitted an application and do I want individual or family health insurance. I told each call that I was not interested, I have asked each caller the name of their company and several said they were from the government, several said Health Insurance, two said Health Alliance, and one ID'd itself as an agency, "Precision Health Alliance." One after the other, they hung up when I asked to be removed from the list. I have even called these numbers back to see if I could be removed the call list, speak to a supervisor or simply get the name of the list distributor, everyone hung up on me.
While no one calling would give me a name of the list distributor, someone was kind enough to tell me that I must have filled out some form because my name has been sold to companies like his, - again he cannot give me his company name nor the list distributor's name so after checking my history, I reached out to "massachusetts-healthplans.com" at phone number 866.941.3024 to try and remove my name from the source. The operator tried to sell me insurance and when I explained the 'mistake' and asked to be removed from the list, she said a manager was not available, but would call me back and hung up on me. The phone calls continue.

Additionally, I have gotten two texts from: e-health: 990-03 and (no name provided) 891-41. I did not grant permission for contact and I did not sign up for insurance quotes. The callers all ask for Joey Aide, whom I do not know or have any affiliation with.
