I have no idea what this company is, I was scammed through an app I use for my food stamps

I was trying to find a phone number to call about my bridge card(food stamps) and I found a number to call through an app I use for my card. I was desperate to get assistance so when they asked me for my card information and I trusted to give it to them because I assumed they were related to my account with my states government. Well that didn't end up being the case and I am continually getting charges for random amounts to my card. I got a whole new card and everything and it's still happening. I've looked into the company names that are charging my account and they are well known for scams, they are Health Flex Advantage, Values 4 Less, and WC Mon Saving Central. I've looked up as much as I could online but I can't find a contact to call to end whatever subscription I agreed to and the only advice I can get when I contact Cash app is to contact the company that is charging me, but I can't figure out how.
