- Meridian, ID, USA

They have called me repetadly over 30 times in a hour to get me to buy health insurance.

- Augusta, GA, USA

Tried to tell me his name was Ted but had a very heavy Indian accent. I could hear lots of other men like him doing the same stuff in the background. When I told him to take me off his call list he stated “Ma’am you will listen to what I have to say!” I told him “I know you are a scammer and I will put your info through to proper authorities!” He then said to me “Ma’am if you do that and don’t listen to me then I will make sure that you get 1500, no ma’am you’ll get 2000 phone calls like this a day, ok ma’am?”

I told him to eff off and hung up on him and blocked his number and reported it here to you.

- Wooster, OH, USA

she claimed she was with health care..., that the call was being recorded, "can you hear me ok?", I replied, "Yes I can, can you hear me?". then nothing and the call ended.

The call asked if I could hear them, I said yes and they hung up.

- Plymouth, IN, USA

I got an auto call from the number listed above with no option to be put on a no call list and when I finally got to a human and asked to be put on a no call list they immediately hung up.

- Milford, MI, USA

Calls any where from 2-4 times daily. Repeatedly told we do not need insurance stop calling. Feel it is a scam or harrassment

- Baltimore, MD, USA

I received a telephone call from 917-893-4326. The called ID said Health Care. The voice was from Jonathan and he said that he was calling following a notice on your recent statement received by mail about my BGE Utility Account. He said that I should contact him at 667-771-0500.

Also, two weeks before, I received a notice that I missed a Certified Letter. I am not sure whether this is related; however, I went to Post Office with the "Sorry We Missed You" slip and requested to pick up the letter. The slip does not have any information about who sent the letter. To this date, Thursday, March 22, 2018 from Saturday, March 3, 2018, I have not received the letter. And the post office cannot locate it. I have a tracking #, but there is no name or company identifying who sent it.

Said they were from some health care provider. It was a recording to get you to say 'yes'. Recording when you call back just says thank you for calling customer service.

I was advised by "Emma" (who barely spoke english) that I was reported to be suffering from pain. I asked how she got my number. She stated that many health insurance companies give them Pt's numbers. I then asked her how she knew I was in pain (Nothing actually wrong with me but trying to lead her on). She stated that the insurance companies let her know that I was in pain and she was wanted to speak to me about it. I flat out told her that it is against the law to provide such information. That the "insurance company" had violated the HIPPA act. I asked for a supervisor. She stated there wasn't one available. I asked for a manager. She stated there wasn't available either. I said, "that's funny how you can get confidential information about me but not have any available manager or supervisor available to speak to. I got the 1-855-851-8480 number from her and advised I would have my Attorney look into how they got my info. She hung up.

I was contacted about a job opportunity at Health Care Service Corporation from an Alexandra Smoak via email from [email protected]. I was told to contact Michael W. Frank through his email [email protected] via Google Hangouts. There I was prompted through what seemed like a regular interview except it was hosted online on Google Hangouts the entire time. I was told that I would be working from home as an Administrative Assistant earning $50/hr. After filling out a W-4 form for employment and another form for an employee ID with the company I was told that I would be mailed checks from the company accountant, Sandra Wilbert, to purchase working materials to begin working from home immediately. Upon receiving and depositing those checks I was to wire money to a third party vendor where I'd be receiving the supplies from. Once the money is deposited to my bank account and I wire the money the following days I receive a notification from my bank that the checks have bounced and I am left with no money in my account as the bank removes the funds that were thought to be legitimate and it is too late because the money wire is already gone too.
