Received a call from a number 440-423-8086 saying they wanted to assist me with my pain management and asking questions about my last four of SSI # and who is my health care provider. She claims she is with Health Care advisors At HealthCareadvisor.com. I didn't give out my info. When I got off the phone with the lady, I tried calling the number back and it was fictitious number.

I received a phone call from the mentioned phone number. I did not answer. A female computerized voice left me a message saying they were from customer service of health advisers concerning my prescription for pain. And to please call 800–284-6329.
