When signing up for the Headway App, you first pay your subscription and this is confirmed. All good. Then there are a series of pop-ups where there is a big continue button and a very small, difficult to see "skip" button. The natural response is to just hit the continue button to each pop up believing you will get to the app. Instead, you are charged to for new things with each pop-up. Although I realized this immediately and contacted the company before ever opening the app or seeing any information they claim I agreed to pay for all these extras and they are non-refundable.
