Got a letter in the mail so I called the number. Spoke to a guy named Kyle who claimed to be from headstart warranty. I looked up the actual headstart warranty number and called them and they said they didn’t have any mail sent to us or any calls made to me. Kyle wanted me to read him an ID number on the letter in the mail. He got frustrated when I refused. I have read lots of Reddit reviews on this exact thing with a guy named Kyle. I am concerned that they have my name and address and are claiming to be a company they aren’t.
