N.B:My name is Bill Jongbloed(575-313-6673). I am located at 86 Airport Road, P O Box 987, Hurley, NM 88043 and I applied for a $97,000 grant and the referenced code for the package is as follows BE6006/85428. The agent was a Mr Lake and he proceeded to extort extra money in the form of gift cards from me that amounted to an extra $850. He got caught and in fact is now jailed in Washington state. He has repented and is trying to get the grant package delivered to me. The problen is the man who he trusted to make the delivery as also now trying to extort money. I am reporting the package now as STOLEN or held for ransom. I have offered this man $500 in cash face to face once the package is delivered but he refuses so they are infact stealing it. They are very abusive and if i give in they will simply demand more money. I will be filing a report with the local Sherrif today as well. I know the package has a GPS TRACKING CHIP so i know you can tell where these 2 men are. I want the package delivered and will then help Mr Lake get releaced once it is delivered. I will also drop charges against these two men as well if the package is delivered but as of now it is being held for ransom or it never delivered GRAND THEFT. I am attaching a picture of the drivers license of the man who is trying to extort money and also a man i feel may also be involved. My understanding is that both men are holding my grant package at a place called "Waterpark hotel and resort" located in El Paso, Texas.
