Contacted about a work from home data entry job that they would supply computer and equipment. Interview and correspondence was done on MS Teams. Was then sent cheque to deposit to pay for said computer & equipment and requested to get $500 in prepaid visa's to pay for the programs to be installed on the computer. This made me suspicious and question them more. I advised I wasn't comfortable making a purchase with the funds before they cleared the bank. They tried onemore time but I declined and she then disappeared.
