I purchased shoes from their website. It took almost a month and a half for the shoes to arrive from China. The quality of the merchandise was not acceptable to me. I contacted them for a refund. Conveniently, their "return policy" stated that goods could not be returned/refunded beyond 30 days of purchase. I shipped the shoes to their provided address and sent their support contact proof of having shipped the item. It has been over a month since I returned the goods, and now, when I attempt to follow up, they respond with the same weak message, "The responsible department has already been informed." And I've not received a refund.
