I hired someone to work on my roof and make adjustments to my back fence. I was quoted $1500 for both of the projects and paid $1500 in cash. I did get a receipt and entered into a contract. That was on March 10, 2025 and nothing has been done to either my roof nor my fence. It has been one reason or another why this person cannot perform the work.

His name is James Hawkins from Citrus Heights.
