Report

I received a damaged item and reached out to the business about it multiple times on email, their Instagram post, replied to their Instagram stories and DM'd them. Even texted and called the number that showed up under their business on Google and they never answered but when I looked it up again on Google it said they have no number. I also posted about it on Instagram and tagged the business but only got replies from other people that also got damaged items and could never get replies from Hawaii Forever as well. It might not seem like a big deal that I just lost out on a t-shirt but this company sells kind of pricey things and it is not right to send damaged things and can't even get back to the customers.
