Purchased an item on their online store. They then sent me a fake tracking number on October 16th. With no movement. I logged back into shop to check the status of the deliver on 10/24/26 and my tracking along with my order was no longer visible. I go back to the website and the website was taken down. I tried emailing the email provided and the email bounced back. It's not a real email. I called my credit card company to file a fraudulent charge. I went back on the website to see if it's still there and it's back up. They are stealing consumer money by making them wait and then saying it takes about 7-8 business days. Then they take the site down.
