Ordered a Dorian Tailored Blazer on their website. I received a fake silk screen costume jacket. They advised 30 day money back guarantee, but all attempts to contact have been ignored.

I ordered on July 1, tracking ended when the item never made it to shipping. As of Sept. 5, there is no product and no refund. I’ve corresponded via text several times and have been assured that they are looking into it, that I can reorder, which I foolishly did. And now no correspondence at all from them.

I was on line with Dillard’s Dept store ordering two items and gave all my credit information and up pops this name Harper and Wells saying my order would be sent. Never saw anything like it before. 17 days later two items showed up. One a size extra large and one an extra small. Fabric was the lowest grade possible to be sold for money. Unbelievable!

I wear a size 8. There wasn’t any info inside the package to return the items. I contacted my Dillard’s Credit card.

This company pops up on other companies when people are ordering and takes over the order and credit information. This scam needs to be stopped.

This company uses deceptive advertising photos to attract consumers. Actual product delivered was constructed with lesser craftsmanship and much cheaper materials.

I ordered two women’s blouses and the quality was not how it was represented on the web site. I notified them and got the message if I wanted to return items I would have to pay shipping to China myself, they offered a small refund to my credit card or a replace item for no charge, I have ordered a replacement item and still waiting to receive it. The items will probably all end up at donation store. The original order said money back guarantee if not happy, so much for that. I will not order from places on internet again unless it’s a store I am familiar with. This place indicated they were in Boston, not sure which planet the Boston they mention is on.

I ordered a pair of shoes online from the website. It stated Easy Return. The shoes took 3 weeks to come, first red flag, then when delivered, they are cheap, plastic shoes that did not fit. When I requested a return and refund, they offered to send another size, which was not the problem. There was no way another size would fit any better. Then I was told after several emails that all returns are processed overseas which would cost between $40-$50 (I paid close to $70). If I didn’t want to return, I could choose another pair of shoes and keep the current shoes or they could give me a 15% cash back refund! That’s what they call Easy Return!!

On the NYTimes website there were ads inserted in the columns for lovely cotton or linen beach dresses. When mine arrived, it was a polyester knockoff.
