Purchase was for an auto assisted knife. Purchase has still mot been received after 30+ days.

Company (Harmoniout.com) assures me that the product is still shipping but tracking has it stuck in Utah for the last 10 days.

Company refuses to issue a refund for a product that was never received and appears to be stuck in transit.

Also Company has refused to reship or expedite another order as a replacement.
