My brother found this website (www.happypuppiesfamily.com) and ordered a Puppy. Turned out to be a scam. The puppy was suppose to arrive on Monday 12/18/2017, but did not. His neighbor called the scammers number, because the scammer blocked my brother. When the scammer answered he gave a different name, but still sold puppies.

Attached is one of the photos of the puppy the scammer sent to my brother via email.

I just really do not want anyone else to fall for this.
