Happier Living says it offers therapy, medical doctors, and nutritionists. My first two appointments with a medical doctor seemed to be legitimate. When I reached out to schedule with a therapist, the scheduler put me with a nurse practitioner. I asked to be put with a therapist and they assured me they were the same. In the next few days I was charged both $15 and $470. I attempted to call the number listed with the invoice and it rang for 5 minutes then went to voicemail. I used a different phone to call the same number and a representative picked up right away. I told them that I was unsure why I was charged and I already emailed the billing company, and the person on the phone hung up. I called back and it immediately went to voicemail. I never received a email or phone call back regarding my inquiry of that charge.
