Two women showed up to my house in a white GMC Sierra Truck. One woman stayed in the truck while the other took photos of my house. When confronted, the woman claimed that she was working for the bank and said she was taking the photos to estimate the value of the property. Later on she said she actually was sub-contracted by the bank as an employee of Handyman & Painting Co. and she was taking photos as part of a “external occupancy check” to show that people lived in the house. This truck was a personal vehicle, with Washington plates. It had landscaping equipment in the truck bed, (lawn mower, gasoline cans, bags of debris). The woman took photos of the entrances to the house that would be easily used during a home invasion. She gave a business card for the Handyman & Painting Co. which is not accredited by the Better Business Bureau and the address was in a different city than where this occured.
