Order from Hammerbox took six weeks and is still incomplete

I ordered two items from Hammerbox (hammerboxofficial.com). The site looks legitimate and the order process is standard. A confirmation email is sent with tracking info. Site says orders are processed in 1-2 business days and shipping takes 5-8 business days. I received one item from my order but it took SIX WEEKS (not 5-8 business days). I have not received any communication regarding the second item in my order. There is only one way to contact them (a gmail email address: [email protected]). I have reached out via that email twice and the contact form on their website and have not received a response. Upon closer inspection of their site, there is no address or phone number provided. I am out $20.00 for the missing item.
