I was called and told that my Bank had a closed account that went to collections and that unless I contacted "them" there would be legal actions taken. This was for an account we supposedly had in 2008. I called our bank, that we still , and they couldn't find a flag on the account or anything wrong.
I just called the phone number I was given from the first call 877.695.1746. She said the complaint was marked now "refusal to pay" and there was nothing they could do about it. I would have to wait to be contacted by mail. I told her that I never received anything by mail before this. She recommended I call my bank and talk with them about it. ?

Hamilton and Klein Fake Company scam

I received a call from a call center who told me I needed to call 888-884-3359. Once I did they were attempting to collect a debt a previous scammer called me about. A debt with Care Credit. They said they had legal charges against me for theft of service and some other things. When I asked for the name of the company they gave me Hamilton and Klein Associates. I asked for a physical address to which I could send a certified letter to. The address that was given to me was 3400 Inland Empire Blvd. Suite 101 Ontario, Ca 91764. While on the phone with the scammer, I googled the address. The address is a virtual office where anyone can rent the address for $80 a month. The lady continued to say that I owed the debt and that I needed to pay. I hung up.

I just received a phone call from 6162293879. Girl said that I had sealed court papers that were attempted to deliver and require a signature. Gave me name of Hamilton Klein and Assoc at 877-310-1808. Girl only told me after I asked that it is from Michigan.
