I bought the halsten stride. Supposed to be red light therapy for your hips. I didn't use it. Contacted them through email. Trying to get return address and protocol. They emailed back. Of course it's all digital. Not a real person. I can tell through their reply. They wrote, i can keep it and they'll refund me 20%. I replied. I want full refund. I will pay for shipping. They never replied again. This all happened ending August emails in September. Now Oct 5th. I have contacted my credit card company. They have opened a dispute case. They temporarily credited me $180. It's under investigations. I have all the saved emails on conversations and 90 day money-back guarantee on website.
