Type of a scam Online Purchase

On July 21, 2025, I purchased their cannabis gummies product using their online website (half-bakd.com). I immediately received an email confirmation. The next day, I received a USPS tracking number. Four or five days later, I checked the tracking and it said my shipment label was cancelled. I immediately emailed Half-Bak'd customer service and was told they didn't have any record of my purchase. After some back and forth emails with me sending a copy of the confirmation from them that I purchased the product, copy of the USPS shipping label being created and subsequently canceled and a copy of the entry on my credit card statement (merchant is listed as Fresh Farms ELiquid), they stopped responding to my emails completely.

I don't know what else to do.
