I purchased clothing through this site. Listed the correct billing and mailing address, which are different, but when I received my receipt noticed they had saved it incorrectly. Went into their app and doubled checked to make sure I had submitted correctly which still showed correct addresses. Reached out to customer service who responded with a generic response not addressing the issue. Followed up again to which they said they would correct the address. Several days later received a message saying the product was being returned without reason and now waiting for a refund. Poorly run business and given the interaction, I question the legitimacy of it since it’s based out of China. Would not recommend to anyone.
