I was scammed out of $150 by hair eternity. During the checkout process you are required to check the terms and condition but nowhere on this website it states that you have to cancel the product within 15 days or they will charge your account $150 For the full price of the hair pills and pure Aragon oil. The pills were 68.47 and the oil was 79.95. Two separate purchases under two separate names. Bank list them as Purified Glow and Silvernoursh. The customer service will blame you for not reading the terms and conditions (like we all read these things)!! I called for a refund since the product does nothing and was told no. Asked to talk to a supervisor but she was busy and asked for a call back. Supervisor never called back. This company scams innocent hard working women with children to support. They should be out of business for the scam they run on women who want beautiful hair.

It states that "Hair Eternity helps you to fight back against hair loss, and regrow thicker, healthier hair. Tell us where to send your risk free bottle."

Then I ordered it in March 3, 2017 and it was sent out in the mail and I received it about March 13, 2017. Since it was not mentioned about charging your account, if you don't call to cancel or send it back. So when I called them, they somehow came up with a time limit . They charged my account $79.95 on April 3, 2017 and once I discovered the charge I called them. They ended up giving me half of my money ($39.95) back by crediting my account. Big scam they are running. I never had a chance to use product before they charged my account. Nothing but one of the biggest scams ever.
