Stay far away

Bought defective shears from them. Emailed and called for over a year and a half. Got the run around and they stopped answering. Then the company disappeared for almost 3 years. Note yet are back. Do not give them your money. Horrible customer service and no warranty.

Had absolutely no problem with them until I needed a second repair.

I order a set of 5.5 inch skull shears and thinning shears for I believe it was 175$ "on special with lifetime warranty w/ full replacement no matter what" within the first year I had dropped them an chipped the blade and sent them in and immediately got a replacement before even being asked to send my broken shears in. Year 3 I'm just cutting per usual the screw snapped completely in half(a repair my clipper guy could fix) but I had no problem with them the first time and got a a bradn nee replacement so I figured I'd email in a claim. It's now been 4 years of emailing and either getting no response or things like it's only a one year warranty, the model is discontinued, or that it's with the repair guy listed on thei website. I called that guy and they said they haven't been able to get ahold of anyone over there at all. All I wanted was my broke. Shears back so that could have a screw out in I lost out on over a month of work because I could not afford new shears and lost clients when I cut with the cheap ones I could afford because they chopped up their hair.

DO NOT ORDER! I ordered my shears on the 29th of March. I’ve emailed the company many times no response. Called, private messaged, direct messaged and nothing. Please save your money and buy somewhere else. I’m now out $90 and there’s no way to cancel a order. ):

I purchased a pair of "educational" shears about 2 months ago. They were advertised as hachi shears but when I received them, they were not. I called and I talked to David. He told me He could give me 70% off a swivel shear and credit me back my $20 they charged me for shipping. I was looking around on their site and they started having a 90% off sale. I tried contacting David back through multiple e-mails and he would not respond. I, then, purchased a pair of Hachi shears for $30 and was charged $9.99 for shipping. I placed the order october 5th. Around October 17th, I went back to their website and my order was still "processing." I called and the rep. I talked to said, "there is a note that you might want to exchange a pair of shears so we are waiting to hear back from you to see what you want to do." No one ever contacted me..they took the money out of my account but didn't ship my order. After much running around, they finally told me the best they could do was credit $9.99 back to my account, for the shipping of the new order I had placed. I received the new order of shears 4 days after..pretty fast. I was pretty excited to have the new shears arrive and have it all behind me. However, the shears I received, didn't bear the Hachi shear name or have the "jewel" that was pictured online. I am very disappointed with the way the Company has portrayed the shears to be Hachi shears, but I have yet to receive a pair of authentic "hachi" shears. I've received "Dream shears." I own a pair of Hachi Shears and know what they look and feel like and what I received are clearly not Hachi shears. They are no longer returning or answering my phone calls and have stopped responding to my e-mails. I just don't want them taking advantage of anymore people selling counterfit product.
