I ordered a personalized pair of shoes that was supposed to have the name RABBIT. They sent with the name SAPPHIRE RISK. I've sent email after email with no response.

My brother wanted to order 3 plush sherpa blankets for his wife. He asked me to place the order for him. The blankets received were not sherpa. I reached out via email (since they had no phone number to call) and they claimed they sent me sherpa and said that they will not take the blankets back nor give us a refund. I added a complaint and several reviews. I have not heard back from them regarding anything. My brother said he absolutely wants his money back asap. He does not want these people to get away with this. The fabric received was not sherpa. It is faux fur and it was patchy and very thin. I sent them a picture of comparison letting them know that I know what sherpa is and they still denied refunding us. They should be on a watch list.
