Online boat rental service. No physical address, website states they use multiple marinas to launch their boats.

I received a boat online and paid the deposit. I received an email confirmation and then another email shortly after canceling my reservation because of trailer issues for that particular boat. Refund of deposit was said to come in a couple days. I tried this with two other boats and received similar messages. I never received a refund for the three deposits.

Communication was non-existent from Sept 17 until October 22. They assured me it was a mistake and the refunds would be processed that night. No refunds yet. Communication has stopped.
