This Company advertises 'Gummies' which supposedly help neuropathy, and the advertise that any dissatisfaction and they will give a full refund.
However when I requested a refund they gave me 1/2 and told me to keep trying for a few more weeks and if there was no improvement, they would give me the remainder.
When I contacted Customer service for the second 1/2 of my refund, I encountered very rude staff who talked about restocking charges and many excuses not to refund the remainder.
For example they said if I accepted the first 1/2 refund, I was not entitled to the remainder!
The very rude staff eventually hung up the phone.
This Company is unprofessional and I believe that they are not allowing access to complaints, only good reviews. [Only 4 reviews]
I believe it is a scam! Don't buy from this Company
