I i also purchased GPL-1 weight loss from this company. I put through PayPal $36.96 and the next thing I know I received a confirmation email for $135.63 for 3 items. So I emailed [email protected] right away and they said they will refund me multiple times and will only send out the 1 item I ordered. So when I went onto paypal.com it showed they took out of my account $176.30 for 4 items. Again with multiple emails they would refund me. Next thing I know is I received 3 items so I emailed them right away and I told them I will send back the other 2 items I did not order for my refund. Then they email me saying they will not refund me because the order was not damaged. Then I opened a case with PayPal and the verdict was they sided with that company. I sent in all my emails and pictures and they denied my case. So I am out $176.30 and still missing the 4th item. I will never order from this scamming company again!

I clicked on a Facebook ad for AAFQ GLP-1 liquid drops for weight loss. I purchased a product for $65.96, paid $3.99 for a risk-free 100% money back guarantee if it doesn't work, and $5.99 for shipping, for a total of $75.94. I got an order confirmation from [email protected] via email. When I clicked on the "View your order" button in the email, it takes me to genbio-us.com, but the page never loads. When I looked at my credit card transactions, it now shows a charge for $98.72 to HMFANCY.com. When I go to that website, it's a foreign site that I've never visited before. This is the only charge I've made on this particular credit card in several months. I sent an email to [email protected] asking why the charge was different and demanding to know why a "US based store" would charge through a foreign website. The charge is still pending with the credit card company, but I will be disputing it as soon as it posts and notifying the credit card company of fraud.
