So far, three cases we noted, all reporting that Green Leaf reached out to them and falsely claimed to be affiliated with our company or “taking over services” on our behalf. In one case, a husband and wife scheduled a dryer vent cleaning appointment with Green Leaf for May 6th, believing it was arranged through us. We had no record of any recent service visits to them, and this appointment was clearly not from our team.
This kind of impersonation is causing confusion and potential harm to our loyal customer base. Green Leaf is using our company name to gain trust, which could result in customers unknowingly receiving substandard or even fraudulent services.
We are deeply concerned and appreciate our customers for bringing this to our attention. We are filing this complaint in hopes of protecting our business reputation and preventing further incidents.
