I purchased a swimsuit. It was poor quality and did not fit. I request a return authorization and they wouldn’t grant one. They tried to negotiate to give some refund if I would keep the suit. This is a scam. They send poor products and don’t allow returns.

Ordered a swimsuit from GraceSunny and it didn't fit. I've had 6 email exchanges with them and they are simply Refusing to give me the address to return my item. Their return policy indicates you have 15 days to return but they just keep fighting with you about it, offering a discount instead, etc.
HORRIBLE!

I ordered a swimsuit on the website GraceSunny.com. Their refund policy states they accept full refunds if returned within 15 days of delivery. In order to process a refund, I must email the customer service email and they will send the address to return the suite. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. I emailed the customer service immediately once I received the suite and asked to refund. I heard back three days later with an email saying "you can keep it if we give you a $5 coupon." I replied the same day and demanded the refund/asking for the return address. Five days later, they replied saying "you can keep it if we give you an $8 coupon and 20% off your next purchase." I replied within the hour and demanded a refund yet again. They never replied back to my email. I am no longer within the 15 day return policy window.

I purchased two swimsuits online. Their return policy states that you can return items for a refund within 14 days as long as you pay for shipping to return them. I emailed customer service because they don’t have a phone number or chat, and each time I emailed, they either didn’t respond, or it took them 3-4 days to reply. Each reply was frustrating. In the first reply, they offered to give me a $12 refund and not return the suits. I informed them I still wanted to return them. In the next email, they offered me an $18 refund to not return the suits. I informed them I still wanted to return them. In the next email, they offered a 50% refund to not return the suits. No matter how many times I ask, they will not send me a shipping label, and I have not received any refunds. This has happened to multiple customers.

I ordered a bathing suit off grace sunny. The images online were for bathing suits. I ordered 2 and i received 2 counterfit and cheaply made suits. They took images from Nani’s Swimwear and marketed them as their own. When i emailed them for a return they refused to give me a return or let me send the suits back.

I ordered a swimsuit from the following link on March 6, 2023: https://www.gracesunny.com/product/c-gracesunny-atlantic-deep-swim-set. Upon receipt of the item on March 16, 2023, it became obvious that I did not receive the item advertised. Instead of being greenish/yellow/orange, I received an item that was Miami Dolphins colors of teal/white/orange. The materials and construction were cheap and the proportions of the suit were incorrect. This item is clearly a poor, cheap knockoff, and what is being sold is not what is being advertised. That same day, I immediately contacted the company to begin a refund. The policies on their site say you must contact within 14 days to get approval for a refund, then they will provide the address/information for a return within 2-3 days. It took 8 days and three attempts to contact them before I received a reply on March 24, 2023 at 4:18 am, reading: "Dear customer, We are sorry to hear that the item didn’t meet your expectation. Would you please send us some photos of the item you received? We need to check the problem of the item then we can offer you a satisfactory solution. Sorry for the inconvenience caused and waiting for your reply. Best wishes, Eve." I replied the same day with the information requested and photos of the item ordered and item received. I followed up again on March 27, 2023 and April 17, 2023, but have received no additional contact from the company nor any form of refund, replacement, or compensation.
