Ordered dresses from Grace and James, poor quality, no refund after months

I ordered 1 dress, and then accidentally hit that button twice. I figured I would just wait until the dresses got here and return one of them, since their website says “easy returns”. It took months to receive both dresses. The quality was horrible so I decided to return both of them. After lots of haggling back and forth with them offering refunds in varying percentage amounts. I refused all of their offers. They finally sent me the return address - in China - telling me it would be quite a while for the refund. I spent $48.80 returning the dresses to the China address I was provided by the company. After spending 122.42 on the dresses, I figured well, at least I’ll recover $73.62 net of the total I spent on the dresses and return shipping. I’ve sent 2 follow-up email requests to the company - no response. It is now 7 months since my last request for a refund. No reply to either email. They are indeed a sham company.
