Used USPS to send a supposed 1K diamond ring in a red ring box with a "certificate" Brochure asking to register the ring and authenticate it by providing information.

- Mount Pleasant, IA, USA • Apr 13, 2024

A USPS package arrived with a GRA Moissanite ring. In it was a card with QR code to register the warranty on the ring and a “dossier” on the ring. Nothing like this was ordered by anyone in our home. No other information was included.

Simply an engagement ring sent to the house with my girlfriends (also tenant) name and address. Lived here since 01/01/2024. Her credit card was compromised in February. To our knowledge, other funds have not been charged.

Got a package addressed to me in the mail. Looks like there is a little “guarantee of authenticity” attached to ring box, ring itself looks a little cheap. The card of authenticity attached has a little QR code to register your product. Did not follow it. The language is in slighty, almost unnoticeable broken English.

I was sent an envelope in the mail with a ring in a red box, it has a certificate of authenticity. It has a card to register my ring for a warranty. I did not do this. I have not noticed any unknown charges on my bank account. I did not order this but someone has my address and I assume the registration may be the scam.

Recieved item in the mail that I had never ordered and a company I have never heard of. Recieved a ring and authentication code and warranty information. No number was available, attempted to email to inquire about item and email was sent to the email provided on their website, yet was returned undeliverable. I did not attempt to look any further due to concerns with scam and located the same concerns from others, so decided to report the scam.
