Advertising they do passoorts, birth certificates, precheck and other items. I filled out a form, uploaded my driver's license and birth certificate, now they gave Everything. They charged my credit card and now it's been sitting online saying 1 more business day since February 14th.

Now I fear identity theft

I tried to apply for a new passport but their website is deceitful. If you wont pay attention, you will get charged every time you click. They will say your application is complete but you haven't even given any id's and photos for your passport. The even use word Gov to act like a government. Totally a scam. They target those who are old who does not know how to use computers.

I thought I was doing TSA pre-check application and it was not affiliated with TSA because now I know anything that’s affiliated with tsa has to end .gov and even though it said it was a trusted website and had a lock sign on the website it was not TSA.

I went on line to sign up for TSA precheck and paid them think it was. Government site used for set up. I didn’t know it was a secondary site and when we got to precheck agency we were told that we had to pay. When I got back home I was able to get my full refund after threatening to go to BBB. To me this is a scam.

The company is misleading visitors to their website pretending that you file for a TSA precheck service and requires you to pay $97. But what it does is transfer you to the legit TSA page. There is a clear intent here to look like a government website. When I arrived to the TSA location for my appointmnent they told me to pay $78. I told them I have paid already $97 dollars online. They responded that I have been scammed and it is well known that this website pretends to be a government service and my personal information has been compromised. This is unacceptable to be profiting from people and at the same time pretending to be a government institution. This type of business should not be allowed. This is for me illegal.

I was getting TSA pre approval and GovPlus took over the transaction. I completed the application and GovPlus collected payment.

Their website https://govplus.com/ says "GOV+ takes care of your government applications for you — and saves you hours of valuable time.", which I took to mean hat they would take care of my TSA Precheck for $97.00. Instead, what I got was an appointment with Identogo for a few days from now. I went to Identogo today as a walk-in, was served within 10 minutes and was charged another $49.00 for the TSA Pre-check after I had paid for it through GovPlus. . I complained to GovPlus at 800-506-7587. They would only refund $49.00 since their servers had already set me up with an appointment. In my opinion, even though they provided a small service, I still think it's a scam because the website makes it look like the $97.00 would take care of everything.

Gov+ is a scam site (govplus.com) which takes a $98 TSA Precheck application fee and provides nothing in return. When you go to the actual TSA Pre-Check appointment, you are asked to pay the fee there. Once I shared that I had already paid Gov+, I was told that was a scam site and the $98 actually does not apply toward the TSA Precheck application at all. I have attempted to contact them on several occasions to request a refund and they are completely unresponsive.
