Received a call from someone who sounded foreign asking for me and if they could speak with me. I said no. After this , the caller said "you dont speak to the government like that" and when asking him "what?", the caller said "you dont want to talk to me like that". In not so many words I said why not. The caller then stated that "she", referring to me, had covid. I said something to the affect of yeah right, and hung up.

I was informed first by a robot voice that my account had been hacked and that if I wanted to hear more about it I should press 1. Then a human voice answered which sounded foreign , ask my name and way I was calling. I responded with my name in a garbled fashion. The listener asked my name again and when he could not understand me, he terminated the call. The call was from Texas 713-423-7837.

The scammer had a heavy accent and refused to answer any of my questions just kept repeating that they were calling from the us government dept. she then began to ask "can you hear me" at which point I said I am not interested in your scam and they number hung up on me

I got a call from a lady stating she was with the Census Bureau and that she needed my Social Security Number and other personal information.  I hung up the phone.
