renewed passport online with govplus.com on 3/16/25. Reached out for update 3 times and was told first it may take up to 21 days to receive passport in mail. Then 2 weeks later was told that the tracking says Saturday 3/29, nothing received, sent another email was told that I would be receiving passport in the mail on 3/31, checked tracking it is showing that it is in Philadelphia. spoke with someone today and was told I would receive my refund in 3-5 days but need to dispose of check and send it back in the mail once I receive package since they gave me a refund. Using government on your website is very deceptive.

When I searched online to renew my passport, this site came up and appeared legitimate. After I submitted all requesred info and paid $67 application fee and $165 for the processing of the renewal, I have heard nothing back. I have tried to call and have online chat but get no response. I believe I was scammed.

I was contacted to use Giv+ to get . I am traveling out of country later this year. Filled information. Paid 97.00 and received nothing for it. I tried to make appointment but never got past the window to make one. Found out this site is Scam

I was brought to this legitimate looking website and now they have my personal information, ss, debit card. I was charged and today went to go apply for tsa precheck for my fiance on the site and google spitout a bunch of links to the site being a scam site. I cancelled my debit card and reported the fraud.
