Received a missed call- Voice mail stated “Needs to be resolved as soon as possible please know that the discount on your account is only available for a limited time so please take advantage of this today before further collection efforts are activated please either call us back or go to our website to go to pcm.com that is pcm.com please at least set up a small monthly payment plan that does stop interest collections and credit reporting is applicable currently we do not have any bankruptcy disputes or tax forms sent or received on the account so I'm just asking you to do the right thing and resolve this account it is still owed and it has been outstanding for far too long to thank you and by law I am required to inform you that this communication is from a debt collector…”

Generic voicemail does not mention my name. Says I owe a debt that has been overdue for far too long. I must go to their website (https://gotopcm.com/) and make a payment to stop interest from accruing. I have the option to settle for 70% of the balance if I make a onetime payment with credit card.

I looked at the account they claim I owe, and it's an old account that I settled with another company 12 years ago. I have the paperwork and bank statements that show it was paid, and the account closed. Even if I did owe, the statute of limitations has expired. These people prey on those that do not understand the law, and they are fraudulently purporting to be a debt collection company.

they called and left a voicemail threatening collections on an account I don't have and have never heard of. They said that they were a debt collector and I needed to go set up a payment plan on their website. They then said if I didn't that they would take legal action.

I receive calls to collect a debt that I do not owe. When I block the caller, the call back using another general phone number. When I go onto the website it asks for my phone number and last 4 digits of my social to pull up collection account. I tried calling the number back but am unable to speak to a real person, it just directs me to make a payment over the phone, or online and gives no way of accessing a live representative for the collection company.

Phone message from a woman stating she has corrected the telephone issue preventing me from contacting them to resolve my "debt". She then tells me to go to their website, www.gotopcm.com and enter my phone number to resolve this issue. She ends the recording by saying " by law I am required to inform you this is an attempt to collect on a debt owed". I get this exact message nearly every day and the number is never the same. They come from Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, and Washington state. The message never varies. It does not identify me, the debt owed nor the company to whom I supposedly owe this debf. A query of my credit reports does not indicate any unknown debts owed.

scammer has called 3 and 4 times weekly stating her name is Rebecca and that I need to go onto their website and set up a credit card payment plan. the same script was used in your previous complaint on Feb 16, she did not use my name or who I allegedly owe this debt too, for the record, I have no outstanding debts and credit score in the upper 800's. this is definitely a scam phishing for money

Automated recordings and no live human saying I owe collections. The message says to go to their site to pay. Nobody answers when I call. Request a call back, get automated response and they continue to call from various numbers daily with a recording. Requested to be placed on the do not call list several times but they call from a different number. This is harassment and a total scam.

A girl named Rebecca called and left 2 voicemails stating I needed to “do the right thing and pay my outstanding debt” by going to gotopcm.com

She further stated this: “please take action and at least get some type of small monthly payment plan set up here to stop interest collections.”

She never stated my name, what the debt was regarding or who the debt was owed to.

Samantha from PCM keeps leaving me voicemails about money i owe And how i need To go to their site and make arrangements to pay it. I went to gotopcm.com and it asked me for my phone # and last for of SSN. Once confirms it knew my maiden name and and an old debt from over 20 years ago. Debt was settled long ago. Sucks i fell For giving them what i did. I hope Nothing bad comes of it.

I received a call from this company and the following voice mail was received. ""Hi, this is Rebecca again with PCM go to P C M dot com. I wanted to let you know that the issue with our phone system that had prevented you from seeing your options has been resolved and fixed as a result of this issue. We have added the option to where you can schedule your payment at a future date. So please take care of this today, please either call us back or go to our website to handle this. The website address is go to P C. M. Dot com. That is G. O T. Oh, P C M. Dot com. Please take action and at least get some type of small monthly payment plan set up here to stop interest collections and credit reporting if applicable on this account. Currently, we don't have any debt forgiveness form sent on this account, so it is still owed, just asking you to do the right thing here and resolve our clients account that has been outstanding for far too long. I appreciate your cooperation here by law. I am required to inform you this communication is from a debt collector"

I do not have any outstanding debt, so I called the number back to try and figure out more about this scammer. The call back asked if the number they were calling belonged to me, my spouse or executor over my estate. If yes, press one. I pressed one and the messenger stated I could take care of this debt via touch tone and receive the same discount that a live operator would be able to offer. If I choose to speak with a live operator press 2. I pressed 2 and it repeated the same information over. Option one was the only selection that worked. I hung up.

The female caller did not identify who they are looking for or what debt was owed. Stated having online discounts when payment plan is set up thru their website. She did not provide a callback phone number, only a website. The very same message was left a few hours later from a different phone number 229-354-7155. Both times, the caller was given the opportunity to identify the purpose of the call, using phone screener, and did not.
