Said her name was Rebecca again and stated exactly as stated above that I owed a debt and to go to the gotopcm.com website and take care of it was word for word as stated above I typed in website and luckily my vpn TotalAV blocked it as a scam and dangerous website, do not believe these scams the ph# was 1-720-640-6462.

They have been calling almost every day. I tried to call back but they do not answer. I went to the website and it asked for the last 4 of my social security number which I entered. They showed a past due amount but I don't recognize the name of the supposed company that the debt is from. One of the voicemails is as follows, "This is Rebecca with PCM. Our office has been retained to handle your account currently we do not have any bankruptcies disputes or tax forms sent received on this account. So it is still outstanding and needs to be resolved as soon as possible. All online settlements have been temporarily reduced and you can schedule your payment or payment plan for any day. He prefer please make the time to call us back today or go to our website to resolve this as it is important our website address is go to PCM .com that is GOTOPCM.com by law. I am required to inform you. This is an attempt to collect a debt. Thank you.

Same as about 99% of the reports on here. Tell you to go to the website and set up even a small monthly payment to resolve your debt and "to do the right thing". Don't let these scammers guilt you. They have no legal recourse even if they purchased a legitimate debt. Mostly they want you to make small continuous payments that will do nothing for a debt that they will then sell to the next dumpster company. Never affirm or acknowledge any debts and if you do ever speak with a "real" person, request a letter verification of the debt with the original creditor. If they can not provide it or will not provide it they have no proof of debt and you are not obligated under any law to pay them.

It’s a recording saying they have been retained to collect outstanding debit. Gotopcm.com and pay the debt or something about you can stay on the line to satisfy your debt. Then they say by law they have to say this is attempt to collect a debt.

They left a phone message which I saved .The message started out saying:received on this account.So it is still outstanding and needs to be resolved as soon as possible. All online settlements have been temporarily reduced. Please call back or go to website PCM.com. I went to customer care and told them my phonecall. She asked for phone number and I said can you please send me your license number to verify you are legit. She said I can assure you we are legit. They want my phone number but I want their proof they are legit so I ask again. She said she could have a manager call me back. So I said no thankyou. I took screen shots of the messages. I have the date and time they called.

I have received several calls over the last three weeks saying they are trying collect a debt and that they are giving me the opportunity to resolve a debt before additional measures are taken. They say they have several payment options. They inform me that this is an attempt to collect a debt. I logged into the site and put in the information required. It shows that I owe 11,000 plus to Bank of America. I called Bank of America and they told me they do not have any outstanding accounts in my name or my maiden name, which is the name Portfolio Credit Management shows. In addition, Bank of America said that all of their collections are done in house. I have told them to stop calling me and they continue to do so from all different numbers all over the United States.
