Phone call recording that matched exactly with the other complaints on ScamPulse.com have explained.

A woman's voice saying they are legally obligated to inform me that this call is for debt collection and to go to gotopcn.com to resolve debt.

They never stated the name of the person intended for the call or what business the debt collection was for.

The person identified herself as Rebeca. The message requested that I go to website or call to arrange payment plans and to resolve their client’s account. No idea what this is referring to or regarding. I have not received any mail correspondence for any outstanding debt.

Voicemail left about an issue with their website being resolved and I could now schedule a payment in the future. Did not identify who they were looking for or the amount/origin of the "debt" they were trying to collect. Said, "Do the right thing"

They never identified who they were looking for. They left the following message: With PCM our office has been retained to handle your account. Currently we do not have any bankruptcies disputes or tax forms sent or received on this account so it is still outstanding and needs to be resolved as soon as possible. All online settlements have been temporarily reduced and you can schedule your payment or payment plan for any day you prefer .Please make a time to call us back today or go to our website to resolve this as it is important our website address is go to pcm.com that is gotopcm.com

By law I am required to inform you this is an attempt to collect a debt thank you

The call did not ring on my phone and went directly to voicemail. The message advised for me to call back or go to a website to establish a payment plan because they fixed my 'login issue'. I have no debt in collections nor have ever tried to login to the site.

Each time they call, I block the number they call with. And I will keep blocking any new number they call with, forever... Blocked so far 330-862-8528 and 832-558-8067.

Called saying I owe a credit card bill and to make arrangements to pay debt. They left the website to contact them and also said there was no bankruptcy or overseas claims to this account and to make payment soon to avoid further action on their part. This company has used this recorded message twice to get me to respond

Received a automated phone call on my cell from Rebecca, stating that my phone number matched a person by a name and asked if I was the person, family member or the person in charge of the estate. Please hit 1 if so, hit 2 if your number was a wrong number and we will send it back to our skip tracking department. Not able to speak to anyone and it is a scam.

Automated message advising "Rebecca" was calling with PCM or GoToPCM.com. No one was identified as who they were calling for. Only general message that debt was owed to their "client." No additional information provided. Message advised you could call or go to website for more information and to pay. No phone number was provided. Appears to be scam fishing for information/money.

Generic voicemail does not mention my name. Says I owe a debt that has been overdue for far too long. I must go to their website (https://gotopcm.com/) and make a payment to stop interest from accruing. I have the option to settle for 70% of the balance if I make a onetime payment with credit card.

I looked at the account they claim I owe, and it's an old account that I settled with another company 12 years ago. I have the paperwork and bank statements that show it was paid, and the account closed. Even if I did owe, the statute of limitations has expired. These people prey on those that do not understand the law, and they are fraudulently purporting to be a debt collection company.
